Healthy relationships are based on trust, respect, honesty, and communication. They should make you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself.

Healthy relationships include:
• Respecting each other's boundaries
• Communicating openly and honestly
• Supporting—not controlling—each other
• Trust and mutual respect
• Feeling comfortable saying "yes," "no," or "I changed my mind"

Everyone deserves relationships that are healthy and respectful.
