Anonymous vs. confidential is a distinction worth considering. Confidential means a specific person is bound not to share what you tell them, while anonymous just means no one wrote your name down — the institution can still act on what's reported, they just won't know it was you (unless the details make that obvious).
Note: Being a victim of sexual harassment or assault is never an Honor Code violation at BYU
